Welcome to Silver ("Silver," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Silver website, games, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Silver

The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use Silver. Some worlds contain mature themes and are gated accordingly; by entering them you confirm you are of legal age and wish to view adult content.

2. Your account and guest play

You can play as a guest without an account. Guest sessions are tied to your browser and may be lost if you clear cookies. If you create an account, you are responsible for activity that occurs under it. Do not share access with anyone who does not meet the age requirement above.

3. Credits, payments, and refunds

Silver runs on AI compute that costs real money, so play is funded from a prepaid credit balance. Purchased credits are consumed as you play. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been spent. Prices and pack sizes may change; the price shown at checkout applies to that purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service for anything illegal, or to produce content that is illegal where you live;
attempt to depict real, identifiable people without consent, or minors, in any sexual or exploitative context;
probe, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service or its models;
resell or redistribute Service output in violation of these Terms or the underlying model providers' terms.

5. Content and ownership

Silver's worlds, scenarios, characters, and software are ours or our licensors'. The improvised story text and images generated during your play ("Output") are provided for your personal use. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected and is provided "as is." You are responsible for how you use it.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silver is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for conduct that violates these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
